Orders placed during special occasions/events such as month-end offers, discount promotions, or seasonal celebrations (e.g., Diwali, Christmas) cannot be cancelled due to the limited-time nature of these offers.
Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee:
E Seller Support does not offer a money-back guarantee on products/services purchased.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution within 90 days, which can be applied to a future order.
Third-Party Services:
E Seller Support is not responsible for service deficiencies caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, server, content creation). Any coordination efforts with third parties will be billed at our standard rate.
Discrepancies:
